Computer Technical Support - Virus / Spyware Removal Via Remote Control - Hourly Rate Plus Commission

Location Requirements: Any area of the Philippines Salary: Hourly rate PLUS commission. Our Customer Base: United States Company Description: We are a national computer repair company based in the United States providing both on-site and remote support to our customers. We are looking to add remote technical support freelancers to assist our current technical team. Description: Technical support specialist will be taking customer calls and chats for remote repairs using screen sharing technology. The majority of our calls are for virus removal. Requirements: - Call center friendly voice - Familiar with manual virus / spyware removal (other than running an antivirus scan) - Must have two separate Internet connection to use our VOIP phone. (Cable or DSL only, not wireless) - Must be available full time for overnight shifts Philippine time, 5 days per week. - Must have a quiet place to work (No noises from jeepney's, roosters, etc in the background) - Must be reliable!
