Development of personal devotional app

Development of a Bible based computer software that will interact with humans in a conversational mode. By telling the software what you are feeling or a topic, it is able to respond by reading out specific Bible references and displaying the text on the screen to address your feeling or topic. Once the program is launched, the interaction will be by voice. For example: Human: I am feeling discouraged Computer: Isaiah chapter 41 verse 13 says "For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.", Isaiah chapter 43 verses 1 and 2 says "But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee." I will provide all the topics with the corresponding Bible references. It should also be possible to schedule the software to launch itself and read out an introductory text by itself and await the response of a human.
