Hello All, I am looking for some expert programmer to first help me with architecture of the mobile app that we want to built for all the platform IOS, Andrdoid, BB (We will pay you for the documentation as well). I want you to go though the detail requirement and explain every aspect in the documents with the detail of the platform will be best to go with. (Native app or crosss platform?) Then once everything clear and accepted after the documentation part we will need begin with app development. I will need you to give me 2 quotation one for Documents and the other one for App development. First preference will be one person can take care of both the part but open for suggestion.
