Digital Video Courseware Development (with Ppt and video from WeVideo)

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . TITLE: Development of Digital Video Courseware, Softwares involved(as far as i'm aware of): We Video, Microsoft Visual Studio(C#), Microsoft Powerpoint. Overview: I need to design something that is to be presented to an audience regarding 'Time Management'. What is needed in my project is a software that'll present both the video and powerpoint side by side, buttons to allow me to click a certain sub topic(still related to time management) that will show the specific video and ppt for that particular sub topic.
