my last job was a windows app for twitch, i can create a POC for instagram for you for 100 and then we can evolve milestone by milestone with new features etc.. The POC will have basic funtionallity and integration with instagram. PS: the ideal for that project is C# since is a windows project. call me and we can talk more.
