I have a PHP script that logs into a website and downloads various CSV files using URLs provided in the script. It then saves them in specific folders on our server. The website recently added a two factor authentication process for login which has blocked our script. I need to know if there is a way to update the script to incorporate the two factor authentication. The website requires a username and password, which we can provide, then will require a code that can be obtained via an authentication app or via text message.
