I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET. I need a bit that uses the api's I provide to grab details from ebay an automatically place a order when a new order is placed on ebay. I already have the api that can handle all this. Just need someone who can make a program to manipulate the api.
