CONVERT RTMP TO M3U8(HLS) to play in mobile -- 2

I have a website that I am building that takes live stream from the camera using flash. The flash object outputs an RTMP stream that works. I need someone to set up the application or write a script that will convert the stream to HLS so that it can be watched on mobile device.
