Developer to solve shopify issues with taking wholesale and corporate gifting orders

Hi there, so what i understood is that you want automatic system, which changed the status of wholesale order. So, when an order recorded system, invoiced, shipped & delivered, then in wholesale orders invoicing is delayed and the current system is that when an order came via email or phone you, then you enter the order manually and when invoiced, shipment that process is slow. As you also suggest, we can use the Excel bulk import and we can do the following steps: Step 1: We receive order via phone or email. Step 2: Enter the order information manually. Step 3: Export Excel Sheet with Product IDs Step 4: When Invoice is clear, then update the Excel with status invoiced and ready to ship Step 5: Import that Excel to our system and 100s of users will be updated.
