Bulk marketing / email marketing

I am looking to send out emails to get people to sign up for a members-only website that will be launching soon. All that is required to sign up is an email address at this point. All email addresses must be from the USA. No scams or black hat methods will be allowed as you will not get paid if that happens. If you have a bulk email address list from USA and would like to setup an email marketing plan then this is the project for you. We can discuss the budget based on how many times we send out the email and how many email contacts we will be targeting.
