Create template in Salesforce

Hi There, Currently we use a Conga template in Salesforce, however 95% of the quotes we do are product related and the current template is based around us quoting products etc. (Qty, description, price etc. etc.). We now are doing more project based work with very long descriptions etc. and the current template isn't that suitable for that type of proposal. Therefore we want to create a new quote template for larger project work so we can add more description and images etc. to the quote, I think the current one (Conga) is more limited but I believe there are a lot of generic salesforce templates that can be modified. The attached PDF is the current quote template and it works really well but as mentioned it's not that effective for larger style proposals. The attached word doc is a rough outline of what might work better for use. Also with the current quoting system, it automatically generates a unique quote number / id etc. which we want to continue with the new template, please see attached.
