SALES/VA/CSR for MEDICAL TELEMARKETING and TECH SUPPORT VA/CSR

Hello, I am a Belizean General Medical Practitioner in the Country of Belize. I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I am looking for a talented freelancer who can speak both languages(preferably) and reach out( call, email, network etc) to other clinics/hospitals/physicians/health insurance companies/agencies in the US/CAN/UK who can use another physician to work under them and provide consultations for their patients over the phone and via Video conference. Once they agree, the Agency/Clinic/Physician or a virtual assistant will provide their list of patients with contact numbers that need to be called to carry out the consultation. I would be charging $80 per patient which is also negotiable especially if they have experience in this type of service. I will be paying the selected freelancer $3 per Business Prospect/Physician after I verify their agreement to work with me. The selected freelancer will also be my virtual assistant and will be payed 2$/hourly salary as a startup/trial once business starts with prospect/s. This is a long term business and salary will increase as we move along. While Freelancer is converting prospects into active patient providers He will still be getting payed 1$/hr for doing this aswell as receiving and making verification calls to clients receiving TECH SUPPORT service from our TECH PROJECT. Once there is a successful prospect conversion the salary will increase to 2$/hr. SUMMARY: START UP SALARY 1$/HR, ONCE THERE IS MEDICAL PROSPECT CONVERSION; SALARY INCREASES TO 2$/HR WITH 3$ COMISSIONS. Only serious and dedicated freelancers with this skill and some medical knowledge will be considered.
