Backlinks Required for new website - need page 1 position on Google

I have a website at <[login to view URL]> I need more traffic to the site and I need it quickly. I'm looking for someone to create backlinks to the site on relevant and appropriate websites and do anything else that would increase organic traffic. Traffic to the site is monitored and I can therefore see any increase in traffic. Please let me know what increase in organic traffic you can achieve and in what timescales. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site is a wordpress built site.
