Full Stack Developer in Ruby on Rails, Node, React.js with Github Admin experience.

We have a working application forked from Mastodon, built in Ruby on Rails and React.js primarily. It is running on Jelastic Cloud now. We use services like Aiven for Redis and MInIo open for local storage. It also uses ActivityPub. The code is in github, so dev should have experience as Github admin. We have a staging branch and live development branch. 1, Fix a login bug in staging site for old users. 2. Setup staging branch in github to push to staging server and master to push to live using Jelastic built-in tool. 3. Fix list of known security holes. We will provide. 4. Fix few other outstanding issues/bugs listed on our github. 5. Activate activitypub feed. 6. Pull in one major new feature from the parent code- which is already about 80% complete. 7. Fork the code and setup same staging/master structure on new jelastic cloud server. 8. Change the logo, copy and front page (we provide design) (rebrand) 9. Get the two sites working with shared activitypub feed. Developer would stay on for money support and ongoing work on a fixed weekly basis to be agreed upon. Ideal candidate would be familiar with Mastodon Social and ActivityPub, as well as RoR, React.js, JSON API, Github administration.
