Is it a house or a building? Can you please send me a rough sketch showing the basic dimensions. I can include all the dimensions and constructions details in the plans also. After drawing the draft plan, I will send them to you for review. After doing revisions & corrections I can submit the finalized drawings in PDF & CAD files. So, I have my hands well settled on this software and also It won't be hard for me to understand your plans. I just can't be sure about how much time it may take for me to draft it as I don't know the level of work you want, we will have to discuss about it.
