Project Overview: I have recently purchased a house in Brooklyn. The brownstone will require a complete gut renovation. The home is a landmark property so prior to any work being started, various permits are required by the city. I would need an architect who has experience with expedited permit requests, as this is a time sensitive project. Interior Design: The garden level and parlor floor will be specified as my living quarters, while the other 2 floors will be configured as individual 2 bedroom apartments intended for rental use. The general layout has already planned but I am open to potentially reevaluating. Exterior Design: I want a deck that extends from the master bedroom with a staircase leading down to the garden. Requirements: Must have a portfolio Available to come and tour the property Experience with NYC landmark permits
