Agency Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed

We are a dynamic influencer marketing agency on the hunt for an experienced recruiter to assist us in finding a top-tier Partnership Manager. Our goal is to discover candidates who are not merely looking for a job but are eager to drive significant new business revenue through strategic partnerships with brands, utilizing our expertise in TikTok to fuel rapid revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates with a proven track record in sales and partnership building, specifically within the influencer marketing space focusing on TikTok.
-Reach out to and engage with prospective candidates to assess their interest and suitability for the role, emphasizing the need for at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, exceptional persuasion skills, and a deep understanding of social media dynamics.
-Coordinate and schedule a minimum of 3 interviews with qualified candidates by 7th of March 2024, ensuring they are ready to discuss how they can contribute to our agency’s success.
-Ensure all candidates are thoroughly briefed on the job requirements, focusing on their ability to drive new revenue through TikTok and other social media platforms, and are prepared for their interviews.
Maintain clear and prompt communication with our team throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully hiring for sales or marketing roles, preferably within the influencer marketing or digital marketing spaces.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and our team.
-Strong understanding of the influencer marketing industry, particularly the role of TikTok in driving brand engagement and revenue.
-Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver results by the set deadline.
-A keen eye for identifying talent and assessing qualifications to meet our agency's needs for a Partnership Manager.
