Microsoft Teams experienced developer

I have node+react website and I need ms teams for connecting teacher and student. It'll be 1 on 1 call. When user click call button, then popup that has voice call and video call button will be displayed and user can click the button which he like. So, user can have video or voice call. I need to integrate ms teams into my project for video+audio call between teacher and student. My website deal with universities. I am looking forward to meeting an expert in MS Teams.
