Write Python or Delphi program to Load picture gallery from web and save selected picture in local drive

Background: We need a program to display pictures in a grid as thumbnails. In need not be thumbnails but need to open fast. Pictures will be stored in any online shared drive and we will load from there. After a picture is selected, user will press on button and the picture will save to a given path on user’s local computer.
