Programmer/ Software Developer for Small Business CRM, Quoting and Nesting System..

We have a small business installing window film. Seeking quotes to develop a web-based/ tablet based system to: 1) provide a basic CRM for 3 users- we are currently using Hubspot free version - would like to retain the following features from Hubspot - web form to auto lead entry; manual lead entry for walk-ins or phone contacts; customer details and contact records, assigning contact to specific user; Google mail and Google Calendar integration; sales pipeline (new enquiry, first contact, quote appointment, quote emailed, installed, closed-won, closed-lost) and basic monthly reporting (new leads, conversions, # of contacts made, total won, total lost etc) 2. A tablet based quoting system - ability to pull customer details from CRM, add further details, measurements of individual panels, quantity of panels, group measurements into rooms, and then create a quote based on a database of available films and entered prices (needs to be able to be adjusted/updated by us), with end outputs of a customer quote in PDF format AND an installer copy with extra details of panel sizes for cutting film, which leads to: 3) A nesting program that can calculate the most optimal way to cut individual panels of film from a variety of roll widths based on measurements obtained in 2). Milestone 3: Develop a basic CRM that integrates with Google Mail and Google Calendar, and Quoting tool above - 30% of project price. Milestone 4: Project completion - all bugs/ fixes/ queries attended to, so that end product is fully operational - 10% of project price.
