I've attached 2 files "Active" & "Closed". In theory, the web-scraping will append to these files each and every time. Ideally, we can have a map that when you click on a property from the Active CSV, it will show the geofence of all the Closed Properties on the map for that respective Active property. The Geofence should go 1 mile out, but cannot cross major highways basically like the attached image. Lastly, let's build in a simple calculation that just averages the Price of the Closed properties within the respective geofence.
