Hi, I we been successfully cleaned up and protected a shared hosting server hosting 30 wordpress and 15 custom developed websites. Server was blacklisted and denied by al mail servers and was blacklisted by google website security notification. Discovering the source of hacks is not so "easy" process, expect several days of work on that behalf. My proposal is to recover the website tighten up the permissions and setup logging so we can discover the the culprit of the hacks. Most probably it is XSS kind of attach or file inclusion attack.
