I have a social network and when a user signs up one of the steps after they sign up is to upload a profile photo. The problem is it is not currently required for them to upload one so they are able to skip it. I would like someone to make this a required step before they are allowed to proceed further.

This is often happens with most of the social media sites, well that's not a big issue. If you are having the image uploading script already then it's a quick fix Relevant Skills and Experience This is not a big issue. This do not require any PHP or any other programming language expertise, well if it required then I also can compensate.
