Proxy Bid on Yahoo Japan Auctions

I am working on a large project which includes proxy bidding system on yahoo auctions. Due to lack of time to research and work on this, I am looking for a competitive person to get it done for me. The requirement is to create a form in a pure blank [login to view URL] form fields would be. [login to view URL] ID ( the yahoo auction id ). Bid Amount (yen) Once the above form is submitted, the bid should be placed in yahoo Japan auctions and we need to get a confirmation that its placed. If something goes wrong, an error message should read which notifies the problem. This can be done using Curl I guess. If you need a yahoo japan userid and password, I can provide one for you.
