I have a project in mind for a school web application/program and need somebody that posses a good background in programming to assist in creating a framework for my specifications according to my needs. For example, to create a cloud based server for your data you should use amazons web services because they suit your needs the best because of 1-2-3 etc.. Attached is an overview of some functions I would like the software to be able to do. **Note, this is not a final draft there is still more to be discussed but this should help create an overview of what I am trying to do.
