We need a dedicated a professional to implement following updates on this website's [login to view URL] online form: (1) Debug form display code so that form output looks presentable in PDF attachment form; (2) Change the Progress Bar on form page; (3) Ensure that form submissions are sent to this email address (careers@[login to view URL]) as a PDF attachment. 4) Make sure that after every form submission, the "Submission [login to view URL]" appears to inform users that their form has been submitted and that we'll get in touch with them soon. 5. Create a page that pulls up when users click “Career” on the homepage. A tab should be embedded on the page to link to the employment form. * We will like the online form output look similar to the attached one - it can be better
