need a new skin for fantasy hockey website

I am starting a fantasy simulated hockey league, and the base/generic website I don't like and would like something custom created. The current website is hosted at [login to view URL] I would like it reskinned so it looks like [login to view URL] that site uses java, can we eliminate the javascript? And use something else? Ajax? I don't know, just thinking out loud. The scores ticker can be completely eliminated if it's too hard. I also need the site to be compatible with Google Chrome and Mac OS Safari I'm thinking maybe wordpress so that members can upload stories and they would appear on the front page, or some kind of CMS if not Wordpress (hopefully something less hackable). The data for the simulation is all stored in a MySQL database. But in a perfect world, the portal at [login to view URL] would just take on the skin of look of [login to view URL] I mean if that's possible. I can provide all the .css files. I know i'm missing some graphic files in the attachment, but I'm not too worried about that, I can do those i just need the skin for everything to fit properly. And I can't code for squat lol the simulator will also output the files as HTML files so I would probably just link to them if you can make a .css file skin I can use. oh, I almost forgot. the simulator I'm using is the SimonT Hockey Simulator. If that helps, I don't know if any of you are familiar with the outputs of it or not. I am also attaching one of the HTML outputs so you can also write a .css file for it.
