(php site prefered) I need a subscription site where by people will 1. login then have their page to add new alerts by one on one of file upload, the page will set the information to a database mysql. Then we will create a cron that will be running those records everyday. 2. Second panel is to view the upcoming schedules per a person that will query the database and display(delete function should be available and disable and enable functions) 3. Third page should show them the sent messages and delivery (delivers will be pulled from the API) 4. Fourth page and function should be an adress book where a client can save his/her phone numbers to be used later 5. A page to send manual sms(from the API I have the working functions in php) [login to view URL] functions to be added later Note: 1. You will be provided with a template, API, working codes, libraries etc 2. Api used will be infobip you can see alot from [login to view URL] 3. I am a developer so I can assist in most situations 4. I am not expecting it to be over $100 as i have all the working codes unless you will be using a different technology
