I have a website that accesses a folder filled with JSON files that I update on a weekly basis. I need the website converted to a single exe that sits next to the folder JSON so i can use on local machines and is independent of webservers, localhost etc .... Ideally someone will of used EXE Output for PHP that I have used to compile the site into an app but unable to finish the job.
