Scripted replies will NOT be responded to** Summary: The project is to design customized data import controls and functionality for the Magento platform, and also data export functionality. This project is to write, install and assist in debugging / testing of code, then roll out to our live Magento environment. The tool will also be listed to the Magento App store, so knowledge of adding software solutions to the Magento App store is a bonus, but not recommended. Longer term support on this tool for new features and updates also desired, so a good working relationship is sought from the outset. Below is a break down of all top level features. • Field Template based mapping for different supplier files. Ability to name X number of ‘templates’, each for different supplier file format. This will be an online template to map header A to field (in magento) B, etc. o Upload custom header field names o Refresh button to sync magento newly created field names. • Ability to control different file/template level settings. These are selected at template level, telling the system how to process the file and treat specific requirements. o Process all SKUs o Only process stock values (which can be defined per template) o Process only new SKUs o Process only existing SKUs o Remove stock from DB for any items not on file, but associated with Flag. • File naming / template association for FTP. Define file name [login to view URL], define template 12345, load file into FTP and determine right file for right template based off naming. o Option to delete file after process or leave it • Basic logic abilities can be applied on import templates, using file headers. This logic should be written (and follow same logic) as excel overall, but some customized functionality needed: o If blank o Concatenate o Math formulas o Replace function o IF function • Parent Child customization. We want a default parent/child configuration to follow a format. This will be true of any customize template – see sample file. • Export customization – We want to be able to export data our of Magento into a customized format in csv.
