400 hours Vendor help needed

Our entire tech team at OMG have left. Finding the right talents to join us seems to be a challenge at the end of the year thus our tech progress is stagnant. We need a vendor to help us progress our tech development in this interim. Thus, we want to buy 4 sets of 100 hours of work to be done by one vendor. The idea is to send tasks to one ethical vendor who honours committed agreements and has a team that have varied skill sets to help us complete the assigned tasks while we hire our team as the right talent comes our way. There is a possibility, if the vendor does perform well, that we may not hire an internal team but we will continue with the vendor. The hours we buy will be used up within the following services: 1) Web Development - Core, CodeIgniter & Laravel PHP, WordPress Custom Theme & Plugin Development 2) Unmanaged Linux Server Management (SSH Command Line Executions) 3) Web Design (UI & UX) 4) Graphics Design (banners, logos, icons, social visuals, mascot, explainer animations) 5) native/hybrid/progressive web apps The method we will use to work together: 1) A single point of contact (SPOC should be an experienced project manager) with strong English language skills, strong work ethic and punctuality connects with us every morning at 10am Singapore time 2) We discuss, agree and assign tasks to the team on Trello for the 100 hours and discuss updates on progress every morning at 10am Singapore time 3) We continue to assign tasks progressively once we complete 50% of the hours purchased, up to the 400 hours ceiling Please note, some work will have to be done together with our team. For example, server access will not be given (at the beginning at least) so guidance through screen share would be the option instead. If you are the vendor we are looking for, please submit your application with the following information/answers: A. A single link to a public profile where your work has been reviewed B. The SPOC's profile and information C. Are you comfortable with USD6.50 per hour for these 400 hours of work, all fees inclusive? (inclusive means all premium & platform fees incorporated into that fee) D. The SPOC's time needs to be extended without charge as this will be the project enabler E. How will you manage & track across your team’s various work done or schedule? F. Our task list will likely be passed from department to department within your organisation. How will you ensure absolute clarity on the work required and the time allocated is adhered to? G. What happens if your allocated time (by us) for one task is accomplished within only half of the time OR What happens if your allocated time (by us) for one task is accomplished in double the time allocated? H. When integrating payment APIs, how exactly is our sensitive account access information managed? We want to kick off ASAP. Thus, we want to audit who we are working with ASAP so please ensure all communication is with the SPOC and not with anyone else (sales/business owners/etc.).
