Finished script needs some improvements, php DOMXpath

Hi! I have a finished PHP scripts that scrapes another PHP site and show its content in a "new" table. This table shows 11 columns. But now i need to store 5 of those columns in a MySQL database. I want to select these 5 columns with "preceding-sibling" (so if the columns change from host site, MySQL insert will not be effected). So, from my current working php script, select 5 of the columns depending on <th> name from table. And insert all 300+ rows into MySQL.
