Error Listing after moving servers

After Moving our site to a new server we have discovered an issue with the listing page. It lets people attempt to make a listing although it seemingly generates no errors at the end it does not save the listing to the database. It also will not let users upload an image to the listing form. MYSQL Table has the correct AI setting Manual Database insertions work fine and assign the correct ID. File permissions seem to work. Cloudflare set to development mode Cloudflare Argo switched off. VPS Using Cpanel and WHM. PHP info for Server everything works fine on: [login to view URL] PHP info for server where it does not: [login to view URL] Again during this window we are looking for people we can use on a regular basis to help keep the system healthy.
