Create a plugin for French Colissimo api

Hi, i want a plugin who will use the colissimo API (i'll provide you credentials to use the api) i what you to create a plugin like this one : [login to view URL] (make a fake order and check the pickup colissimo shipping method) but for woocommerce What the plugin will do : - Create a new shipping method called "Colissimo - En relais PickUp ou en consigne PickUp Station" - When you click, it will open a modal box with plan to choose the delivery address from a pickup point (see api to get them), it will show all information from this pickup point (open hours, open days etc...) - When you select the pickup point, it will change your delivery address to the one of the pickup point (with the unique id of this one in backend etc...) - it should not ask you again for the pickup point on checkout page if you choose it on cart page (before checkout) - All of this must be beautiful and customers friendly. - You can use any of the API (JS, Iframe or SOAP) If you have any questions feel free to ask
