Good day, I would be very interested in helping you with this project, mainly because I'm an advanced codeigniter programmer, and I like developing on top of this framework. I have worked on similar websites in the past, and the notifications I had to mail was a notification to the host and another one to the customer who's interested in renting from the host. However, I propose we don't stop at simple mail/pm notifications, we should really consider building twilio sms notifications. I already implemented twilio notifications in two personal projects,a fiverr clone and an invoicing app, so there's no question I can't work with more advanced notification means. In the end, let me tell you it was a pleasure to outline my bid and my ideas for your cosideration.
