I want to create an online and offline system that supports construction firms on the job site. The application will allow the users to submit questions to the engineer or the company that makes the product regarding technical information such as how to install or what the wiring is for, [login to view URL] needs to be workflow to manage escalation to the vendor and we also need to track the time to getting answers. Some companies do not allow mobile phones on the construction site so it must work on iPad or similar to gather questions and add pictures, and then submit the question or get updates after the user is online again.
