Build a Similar Wordpress Website (using a WP template)

I would like to have a website that is similar to this structure. Please find a free Wordpress Template and show me that the structure is very close to or the same as this one: [login to view URL] I will need 4 of the top menu items (everything except for Soaring Eagle). The menus don't have to be drop down menus, just single links to another page. I will fill the secondary pages with content, but you just set up the pages. The homepage can use the same photos and words that are up on that site. When you are done I will go in and edit everything. But please use our logo instead of all the other logos (attached). When there is a register here link, just link it to: [login to view URL] Homepage Thank you sponsor squares. Just add in the first 10 squares, no need for more. After that just add in the menu links at the footer and the page should end there. I don't need the last two sections (sign up and 420 high roller).
