Build SEO Tools for WP

Hi, I am looking for a WordPress expert to create a WP plugin for the following SEO tools. The tools must work regardless of which plugin is in use. I will provide PHP code for most of the tools which needs to be converted to JQUERY. You can also search on github. Some tools will have a bulk check option. The number of checks allowed should be a variable which I can change. 20 to start with. There should be an ability to embed each tool to any page with a shortcode. There should be a simple admin interface to check the usage of each tool. There should be some sort of spam protection (captcha or honeypot) to avoid auto submission of forms.
