App Design & Website Project - Club, Party & Nightlife Business looking to build both an interactive APP and a website that works hand-in-hand with the APP. In other words, an APP and website that can be updated within one ADMIN panel - simultaneously. Our ideal time frame and completion of this project is 2-3 months. Below, please find some of the software/features we'd like to incorporate into our site/app. Showclix (3rd Party Ticketing system to work within site and APP using Showclix existing .API.) Wordpress - would be ideal for site since we already know this platform Smugmug (3rd Party Photo Gallery) Website integration - seems to be working just fine we would most likely keep. Google Maps - Directions to venues from their/customers current [login to view URL] within the event/venue page. Store - site and possibly app where V5 can launch limited gear for the season (We've been wanting to do something like this for awhile. We feel like now is the time to do it) A Payment Gateway - (This is still in talks) Event (Single and Reoccuring) listings. Listings should include Bottle Service, Birthday and Table Reservation forms for each venue and/or event. Numa (Incorporate our 3rd party txt/phone call response service) Spotify (Ideally have our Spotify playlist viewable on both website and app). Dj Mix Upload Area - Listen to mixes on the go or on your party. Even live stream mixing on the app - just an idea Feature resident DJ's Area - Website only [login to view URL] event bring back option to hire for private event within the website Email signup/Mailchimp - Continue growing our email database VIP Membership/Loyalty member area - that give monthly subscribed members special promos/give-a-ways etc. Possible exclusive access to Mix area. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS (Looking for this to ultimately replace our text and email services) Something that would be really cool on the app and this is just an idea, would be push notifications similar to the WAZE App. (Deals on nearby businesses) but instead, if someone that has the app is driving near a venue we are promoting whether is weekly or a special event the app would automatically send the notification about the nearby event happening that weekend or on a given date. We believe this can be a powerful tool going forward. Obviously, there can be setting/rules for the notifications so they don't become annoying for the end user. Ultimately, this is the look and feel that we are looking for with this project (Also, see screenshots attached).
