I'd like to have a site created that's similar to [login to view URL] but it'll be RateMyTenantAndLandlord.con. The site will be PHP front end and MySQL back end. I will need the MySQL queries to create the needed tables in the database along with the script for the site (and I only know that because I'm looking at another request very similar to mine so if you could give me any quick instruction of how to do that in MySQL it would be great). I would like to have a few categories that have a 1-5 rating and a larger area for a longer description. I want these ratings to be searchable as well. The site will need to have an option to be able to be in various languages in the future. The site will also need to be optimized for search engines such as Google. Also, the site needs to have an Admin side where an admin can log in and manage various categories. I will need spaces for banner ads as well. I can supply some graphics and a link to my other site so it can have a similar feel. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. My budget for this project is up to $350.
