Web Site Terms Of Use Page

Our company's web site is a mix of flash, asp, and html (see [[login to view URL]][1]). We need to implement some sort of dialog box or landing page which will display our "Terms Of Use Agreement" and require that the user to: 1) Click a button labeled "Accept Terms Of Use" which will forward them to the web page they requested. or 2) Click "Reject Terms Of Use" inwhich case they should be forward to the web page [[login to view URL]][2] Once a user clicks the "Accept Terms Of Use" button they should not be bothered with this prompt again as they have already acknowledged it. One complication is that sometimes visitors come first to our home page ([login to view URL]), sometimes to an asp page (<[login to view URL][[idnumber>]] and sometimes to a number of different html pages. Regardless of what address and page type (asp, html) the user attempts to go to they must first be directed to the Terms of Use License Page and if they accept the terms onto the page they orginally requested. Again, once they accept the license Terms Of Use they should not be prompted again to acknowledge. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of PC based web browsers - IE, Netscape, Firefox, etc.
