- photographers register with a site (name, surname, email, preferred subdomain)
- A username and password is sent to their email address.
- They log into the site to get access to an admin panel where they can add or edit elements of their site.

- In the admin area they can enter information about them, upload their photos, their own picture (if not uploaded at the correct size, it gets automatically modified ), their articles, and their contact info. Also they are given the option to change the menu text (about, photos etc.) into Greek and also add more menus.
- They can make something invisible
- They choose which picture appears first, second, etc.
- They can upload articles (title and text)
- They can change the color of the red column on the left, and possibly some other areas of the video in order to match.
- They choose which one of their photos they want to appear in the first page of the site. There the visitors see one picture of every photographer together with the photographers name, email etc. By clicking on the picture, they enter the photographer’s site. [[login to view URL]][1]
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
