Develop my design using well organized CSS for website

We need to change this website ([login to view URL]) to the new design ([login to view URL]). We will be creating a drop down menu similar to the one on this site ([login to view URL]), and putting it under the header from oahuarts/1. We will provide you with a new header image without the links on it, and an image to place under it, to represent where our dropdown menu will be. We need the entire site recreated and converted into the new site. You must know how to use CSS to put images behind text, style the text, and create fast loading backgrounds. Your code should be easily editable, and able to be used for a Dreamweaver Template (.dwt). ## Deliverables How many custom designs have you developed into XHTML and CSS?
