Css Template design

Hello ??" First time using this site. I am interested in starting an online ecommerce store. I need a CSS template that would be compatible with “Volusion?? software designed. I am looking for 3 pages with maybe some drop down buttons and a nice overall layout. I have a “design?? and would like someone who can recreate the look I am looking for. Again I am new so if I left anything out please forgive. ## Deliverables If job is accepted then I will want designer to use layout which I will provide. I will provide a photo, sketch, drawing of what I would like the final product to resemble.
