Create 4 Pages optimized for a Mobile Screen

This is a really simple project. I need 4 screens created: 1. Login 2. Number Entry 3. Confirm Rate 4. Insufficient Balance All data to populate the screen will come from an existing database and you will be provided with the RPC / GET syntax. Work should take 1 to 2 hours depending on how good you are working with a smalls screen (iPhone size screen). See attached screenshot of the 4 screens. Please send me some examples of your work and whether or not you have done any work for mobile screens (iphone, android, etc.) Thanks Richard
