Basic website mods (HTML / Flash)

I need several small things done to an existing HTML/Flash website template. They include: PAGE 1 - Incorporation of a form field (information grabber) which ties to a PayPal account. Information needs to be collected via website and sent to three emails. (one regular address, and two BCC addresses). After user submits form information, should be redirected to a payment page on PayPal. PAGE 2 - Incorporation of a javascript function on FAQ page. I have scripting. Just needs to be installed on page and tested. Simple installation - should be very quick. PAGE 3 - HTML reformatting of bottom half of page into more of a table based structure for an about us page. Page should be table based to have pictures of employees and information neatly presented. PAGE 4 - Incorporate a picture gallery of your choice and a video gallery. Must be clean and professional. Can use program or app of your choice as long as it looks seemless with the rest of the website. Need approval before implementing, though. So please feel free to recommend any app or program you like. PAGE 5 - Another form, similar to the one listed on "PAGE 1" for a contact page. Max bid of $100. Thank you.
