135098 Wordpress PHP+CSS Expert

PHP Job Request: I currently have two plugins that were created from scratch specifically for my blog but they are not fully functional since the last Wordpress update. The first plugin essentially adds a thumbnail image and the associated article title + link into a specific area of the blog. The other plugin takes the most popular and most commented posts and automatically puts a thumbnail + article title in a specified area of the blog. CSS Job Request: I need someone who can work for me on a need basis. I need to change aspects of my site roughly 3-4 times a month and I will need the same person everytime for the job. He will make liquid width adjustments, change font, size, color, margins, pages, titles, etc. *The image attached will show how the 2 PHP plugins should look. The first plugin is for the yellow box on the left and the other plugin is for the black box on the right.
