I will try to describe what I need: I am looking for code that will require people who try to open a PDF document to register on a form in th embedded in the PDF doc. However, if that person has already filled the form out that they are not required to re-register. However, if they were to forward the PDF doc the new person would be required to register. Last but not least I would then like to connect the form to our sql database for data capture. As a bonus I would also like to find a way to know how many times someone has viewed the document.
