Build Virtual Server Image with SharePoint (MOSS)

I need someone to put together a complete Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 R2 image with the following software: 1) Windows 2003 Server (R2) with all latest patches 2) .NET 3.0 3) SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition (unless MOSS requires something else) 4) SharePoint (MOSS) 2007 Enterprise Edition 5) Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition 6) Office SharePoint Designer 2007 (English) The installed software should be from MSDN, not the evaluation versions. We are going to eventually use this image for production purposes, with proper licensing. The configuration should bear in mind that we wish to use the features of SharePoint 2007 for public web content management, for Wiki functionality and possibly for a client Extranet. Please ask any questions you might have in advance. Your suggestions are also welcome. We will need to perform a full verification of the deliverables before releasing payment from escrow. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional Microsoft Virtual Server image with virtual hard drive 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. Specifically, we must be able to copy the deliverables to a Windows operating environment with Microsoft Virtual Server, we must be able to start up the provided Windows 2003 server, we must be able to view a sample SharePoint website and edit the content of the sample SharePoint website, we must be able to view a sample SharePoint Wiki and edit the content of the sample SharePoint Wiki. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
