32898 Where are the site builders?

I need a custom site - not a template, that has some flash, that can take credit card payments, that is also secure like https secure. I need graphics in it also. My budget is limited for the start. I will need two other sites very shortly after this one is all done so remember, go easy on the pricing. The successful bidder must be talented, respectful and have a willing personality. I would like to see work done before I make final selections. Thank you
